By placing an order, you agree to the following:

• Safe Drop: If no one is available to receive the flowers, we will leave them in a safe and secure spot at the delivery address.

• Delivery Times: Deliveries begin at 9:00 AM. Due to a high volume of orders, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times or time slots.

• Substitutions: Occasionally, certain flowers may be unavailable. We reserve the right to substitute these with similar blooms of equal or greater value, while maintaining the overall style and colour of the arrangement.

• Incorrect Delivery Information: Please double-check that all delivery details are correct. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

• Weather & Delays: We aim to deliver on time, but weather conditions, traffic, or other unforeseen events may cause delays.

• Cancellations & Refunds: Orders cant be canceled once placed and refunds will not be possible due to preparation costs.

• Allergies & Safety: Flowers may cause allergic reactions in certain individuals or pets. By ordering, you acknowledge that we are not liable for any such reactions.

• Custom Messages: Your personal message will be included as submitted, so please check for spelling and content before finalising your order.
